Henry Blueskin WP200 is a self‑adhered waterproofing membrane used to protect buildings from water intrusion, air leaks, and moisture damage. It’s widely used in residential, commercial, and multifamily construction.
A self‑adhesive rubberized asphalt membrane laminated to a polyethylene film.
Creates a continuous, flexible, waterproof barrier.
Designed for below‑grade and above‑grade protection.
Applied to concrete foundation walls, ICF walls, and masonry walls.
Prevents groundwater seepage, moisture penetration, and freeze–thaw damage.
Common in basements, retaining walls, and crawl spaces.
Used behind exterior cladding (brick, siding, stucco) as part of the building envelope.
Controls air leakage, improves energy efficiency, and reduces condensation inside walls.
Seals around window frames, door openings, and penetrations.
Prevents water from entering around rough openings.
Used under:
Deck ledgers
Balcony transitions
Roof‑to‑wall intersections
Protects vulnerable areas from water infiltration.
Wraps around:
Plumbing penetrations
Electrical conduits
HVAC lines
Ensures a watertight seal where pipes enter walls.
Self‑adhesive — no torching or hot asphalt needed.
Continuous waterproof layer — no gaps or pinholes.
Flexible — bridges small cracks and wall movement.
Excellent adhesion to concrete, wood, metal, and masonry.
Durable — resists soil chemicals and moisture pressure.
Surface must be clean, dry, and primed (Henry recommends Blueskin primer).
Overlap seams by 2–3 inches.
Roll firmly to eliminate air pockets.
Protect membrane with drain board or insulation board when backfilling.
For above‑grade use, integrate with flashing and WRB systems.
