Subfloor must be clean, dry, flat, structurally sound, and properly cured (e.g. concrete must be fully cured, plywood dry). Titebond+1

Not compatible with slabs having excessive moisture or alkalinity beyond the specified limits. Titebond+1

For sheet goods and vinyl tile/plank — when applying over non-porous substrates, adhesive may be used as a pressure-sensitive — apply, let it flash, then lay flooring. Titebond+1
